This was a wonderful place to stay! The instructions to get in were vary clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and so were the bathrooms. I loved that each room has its own bathroom, perfect for group travel. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

Second time staying here and it was such a fun time again. The kitchen has most every tool you need to make a good dinner. Had some issues with the upstairs grill but the grill next to the hot tub worked great. The hot tub feels hidden and was well used during our visit. Close to so many things and such a cute and quiet neighborhood. Our favorite place to stay when we come to Seattle!

Fifteenth Ave was a great host with a nice house. The house was good value and very close to the UW campus. The house was clean and had lots of amenities. Would stay here again if I needed to visit near UW. Overall a pleasant experience.

What a great place in a great part of town! Loved getting to easily walk to Ballard for all our weekend events. Can't wait to stay here again one day!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was very clean and comfortable. Great location and loved the hot tub! The only suggestion would be to have a few more towels available 🙂 Thank you for sharing this great space!

Super quiet neighborhood, space is so nice and looks even better than the photos! Host instructions were clear and easy to follow. plus the beds were as comfortable as a five star hotel :)

If you’re planning a trip to the University District and want to explore its attractions, this corner house is the perfect place to stay. The basement, which was recently remodeled, is bright, spacious, and comfortable, making it ideal for my husband and our four younger kids. The basement doesn’t feel like a basement at all. It has ample room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms (with comfortable beds), each with a TV for some relaxation. A major plus is the on-site washer and dryer, which is a lifesaver after a day of exploring Seattle and the University District. There are many great restaurants just a short walk away. The host exceeded my expectations in terms of response times and willingness to provide recommendations for places to visit. They even dropped off a broom when one wasn’t available, demonstrating their exceptional responsiveness and proactive nature. I can’t wait for our next visit to this wonderful place.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy and stress-free. It’s a great spot for families—comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house located right between Seattle and Tacoma. It is really close to Sea-Tac airport. There was room for our group and we loved it! Definitely will consider for a future visit.
