Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is within walking distance to Market street, several restaurants, coffee shops, parks and breweries.

Good to know

Our townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is the smallest room with a king bed. The second bedroom is larger with a full bunk bed and a full bed underneath. We have a small deck with a table and chairs as well as a small, fully enclosed yard. *The stairs from the entryway that lead to the main floor are stained. Weve had them shampoo'd and all kinds of deep cleaned. It has been like this since we bought it - its not "dirty".

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. It was perfect for my family thoughtfully set up with toys, a well designed kids’ room, and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was also ideal and made getting around very easy. My kids loved it, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Washington and highly recommend it to other families.

This house is a great starting point for checking out Seattle and particularly Ballard. The zoo is only a mile and a half away. It’s up Phinny Ridge, but we got our steps. Being right off of 15th Ave. put it on a major bus line . On street parking is plentiful. On school days it might be a different issue as the high school is across the street. We had no trouble with parking. Rosellini’s Fine Cakes and Baked Goods is only two blocks away. Their goods are so good you’re gonna need your steps. Many good restaurants and coffee stops are a short walking distance. For a solid convenient base in North Seattle this is a great spot.
