This was our second stay at Linda’s townhouse. The location is perfect for our needs with great dining and shopping close by. Also, parking has always been available on the side street next to the townhouse. The best part of the unit is how comfortable the beds and living room furniture are. The unit is decorated very well with top of the line furnishings. Linda has always been very responsive to our needs. We will be back.

We had such an amazing stay here :) The house was very clean and had great views and really great amenities!! The host was very kind and responded quickly and we will definitely be back again!!

Enjoyed our almost 2 week stay. Great location. We walked most places (felt safe to walk until around 10PM) Town and Country is an easy 1/2 mile walk down 57th for groceries. Safeway is about the same distance but on the busier NW Market St. (I don’t love that area at night). We walked an easy mile to Old Ballard for quaint shops and restaurants. Walked a steep but lovely climb up to Phinney Ridge for more great shopping and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. We needed to extend our stay and the process was seamless. We appreciated the flexibility of the host. The unit is on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise during peak times but I have noticed that in every unit I have stayed in during my frequent visits to Seattle. It did not distract from our stay and the host provided earplugs.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do it justice. The layout worked perfectly for us. Location couldn’t have been better. Access to everything we were interested in so easy to get around the city.

We booked the townhouse based on proximity to our daughter’s house during the holidays. It was on a busy street but that wasn’t an issue and we easily parked on the side street. There was a bit of a snafu with a new cleaner but host quickly responded with a resolution. Overall there were many extra amenities I wouldn’t expect in a short term rental! We will look forward to having this be a place we can stay in the future!

Great place all around. I have stayed in a few Airbnb’s now, and it is always a little exasperating how many stock the same rickety Ikea chairs to sit in and single old pan to cook with.
Not this place! Comfortable furniture, full set of good cookware, and an amazing master suite. You can tell they cared when setting this place up, and it made staying there a pleasure.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay, especially with its central location to a couple different fun neighborhoods!
