Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown and within walking distance to so much of the excitement Seattle has to offer, this is the perfect place for your getaway! The 2BR/1BA unit is a serene setting nestled in a neighborhood that offers amazing amenities for everything your family needs! Inside the home, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals, play board games, or enjoy the yard! Down the hallway, you'll find the bedrooms - one with a king sized Medium Firm Purple mattress and the other with a queen-sized Firm Purple mattress. The bathroom was recently updated and a stackable washer/dryer is available for use. The living room offers plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, games, and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with items like a stand mixer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking essentials... you will have everything you need but the ingredients! The backyard is shared between both units and features a small lawn, a hammock, and a 22” charcoal grill. The grill utensils are provided, and charcoal is available at the corner market.
