Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown and within walking distance to so much of the excitement Seattle has to offer, this is the perfect place for your getaway! The 2BR/1BA unit is a serene setting nestled in a neighborhood that offers amazing amenities for everything your family needs! Inside the home, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals, play board games, or enjoy the yard! Down the hallway, you'll find the bedrooms - one with a king sized Medium Firm Purple mattress and the other with a queen-sized Firm Purple mattress. The bathroom was recently updated and a stackable washer/dryer is available for use. The living room offers plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, games, and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with items like a stand mixer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking essentials... you will have everything you need but the ingredients! The backyard is shared between both units and features a small lawn, a hammock, and a 22” charcoal grill. The grill utensils are provided, and charcoal is available at the corner market. RENTAL RULES *Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Fine of $500 plus expenses incurred, including any rental revenue from dates we have to block off or move/cancel guests. *People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. *The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. *Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Claims of damage will be communicated by the Homeowner within 14 days of the - damage to the property or furnishings based on the following: - dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; - failure to adhere to the rental rules; or - any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay. *We are pet-friendly for up to 2 animals, but do require you to include them in the booking and pay an additional pet fee. *One designated parking space provided in the alley, but trailers and RVs are not permitted. There is ample street parking and with a 2hr restriction until 6PM. Plenty of bus routes within a few blocks and a light rail station (with service to the airport) 1mi away. Seattle has electric rental bikes and scooters available on most street corners - be safe! *There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. *If there is a storm, earthquake, or anything that causes significant damage to the rental area which inhibits you from staying, no refunds will be given. We encourage all of our travelers to purchase traveler's insurance. *Checkout is Easy: Please make sure all dishes are washed and left to dry and trash is taken to the bins in the alley. Leave any used beds unmade and used towels in the hamper. Checkout must be completed by 11AM on departure date. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home! We stayed here for 2 nights while in town to pick up a new puppy in the area. Everything was comfortable and easy. The grass was dead, but I don't think the owner had any control over the warmer weather they had. There was no real sugar for coffee, but the listing never said it provided coffee. So no real complaints. LOL! Very nice home, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Devin’s place is a Cosy 2 bedroom that was just the right size for our family of 4 adults. We really appreciated having the parking as street parking is really tough to find. We had trouble finding the parking at first but it is right behind when you out of the home and make an immediate right to the alley. The location is fairly close to downtown which definitely helps. The WiFi could have been better but we also never restarted the router which may have fixed it . I provided some feedback regarding the beds and some other little things that he promised to take care of. Overall it was a great stay.

It was perfect ! And location was great! A short walk to local store to grab late night snacks, coffee shop n donuts around corner and short walk. Liquor store n restaurant very near also. Downtown to Pikes was 10-12mins. Chinatown and space needle 10-15 mins tops. It’s a really good location and neighborhood is quiet and quaint.

Plenty of bus routes within a few blocks and a light rail station (with service to the airport) 1mi away. Seattle has electric rental bikes and scooters available on most street corners - be safe!
