Welcome to our beautiful townhome located in Ballard, one of the most diverse and exciting areas of Seattle. You'll find yourself close to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Just 12 minutes from downtown & the Space Needle! Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink on our rooftop lounge and stay cozy with a gas fire pit.
Good to know
Our new townhome is thoughtfully furnished and cozy. With a rooftop lounge & fire pit as well as a back patio there's plenty of space to hang out and entertain! *Fire pit - Propane tank included, but the guest is responsible for filling The master bedroom has a super comfy king bed, and the second bedroom has a nice queen-sized bed. Our modern kitchen has all the basics, and our living room has a very cozy sectional couch. We also have a "flex" space with a sleeper sofa. *AC is a mini split located on the ground floor.
