The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo in the heart of Belltown, one of Seattle's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods! The building itself offers several amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, a pool and hot tub, a rooftop terrace, and panoramic views of Seattle's iconic landmarks.
Good to know
Our 1bedroom apartment is a little older and more "homey". This is still our home and not a full-time rental. The selling point really is the location and building amenities which we hope you enjoy :)

Devin's Place in beltown has a lot of great restaurants around easy walk to nearby attractions such as Pike market and space Needle
Devin was always responsive with my questions and requests and the building is served by a concierge so had no issues with deliveries etc. The building also has access to a gym and a rooftop with some beautiful views.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Devin's place and and would highly recommend it to anyone considering.

I really enjoyed Devin’s AirBnb! It was in a great location and was much larger than what I had imagined! The view from the rooftop is gorgeous, and the spa and pool were also great amenities!

I stayed here for a month for work. The location was excellent. I felt safe, and there were so many bars, restaurants, and dispensaries. There wasn’t a great large grocery store very close, but Whole Foods was walkable when I had time.
The apartment was large for one person, and had all the basics. Bare bones as far as cooking staples, and bathroom necessities, but had plenty of cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. I loved that I had my own private balcony, but truly loved the rooftop view. The host was responsive the very few times I needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again.
