Great place to crash for a few nights visiting UW, easy to walk to campus or to the light rail to get to and from the airport or anywhere else in the city. There's multiple rental units in the house but it was always quiet and the communal spaces and bathroom were clean. Host was nice, gave lots of useful info about the house, and responded quickly to messages.
