From the moment I contacted Devin, everything just felt right. He patiently answered all of my (many!) questions and made the process so smooth. The house is perfectly located—just minutes from SeaTac Airport and directly on the lake, offering stunning views and peaceful vibes. It’s a multi-level home, which worked out great for our family, giving everyone space to relax. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, but our favorite spot was definitely the dining area. Overlooking the lake, it made every meal feel extra special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors on both sides—they were kind and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient: close to grocery stores, restaurants, the freeway, and only about 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. If we ever return to the SeaTac area, we would absolutely stay here again!

This is. great property that is near the airport but you would never know. it is a beautiful lake front property. The check in process was easy and informative. wish we could have stayed longer.
