Our micro-unit building was just completely renovated. We are close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared between a total of 8 units. *Bag storage after checkout is not possible.
Good to know
This large room is spacious and comfy with a desk and a very large "walk-in" closet area. Each private room has its own lock.

I really appreciate a contactless check-in where the instructions are current and right. I went in to stow away my bags but my room was already available. It's a big room and has a nice bed. The bathroom is right next door. I had a very pleasant stay!

Excellent location and a clean, cosy and comfortable room with the bathroom right outside the bedroom. Great base for exploring Seattle, very close to public transportation lines and delicious eats!

Our stay with Fifteenth Ave went very well! Both the room and bathroom were clean when we arrived, and check-in instructions made the process easy. The host was responsive and kept us up to date with information throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!
