Our newly renovated, daylight basement, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment accommodates 6 people (2 queen beds and one sofabed).

Great location if visiting a UW student. Four minute walk from my daughter. Parking spot was a huge bonus as parking is rough in the area with no permit. Clean, efficient and great communication. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked this stay for my siblings and my cousin and me while we were in town for the Seahawks game. It was excellent for this purpose because it was an easy walk to the U district light rail station and it had a great variety of food nearby. There was enough space for all of us and it was nice to have a fully functional kitchen as well. The host communicated with us in advance and responded to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
