Enjoy the vibrant, University District just outside of downtown Seattle. Located near University Way we are the perfect basecamp for exploring Seattle or the University of Washington area. Our building was just completely renovated.

If you’re planning a trip to the University District and want to explore its attractions, this corner house is the perfect place to stay. The basement, which was recently remodeled, is bright, spacious, and comfortable, making it ideal for my husband and our four younger kids.
The basement doesn’t feel like a basement at all. It has ample room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms (with comfortable beds), each with a TV for some relaxation. A major plus is the on-site washer and dryer, which is a lifesaver after a day of exploring Seattle and the University District.
There are many great restaurants just a short walk away. The host exceeded my expectations in terms of response times and willingness to provide recommendations for places to visit. They even dropped off a broom when one wasn’t available, demonstrating their exceptional responsiveness and proactive nature.
I can’t wait for our next visit to this wonderful place.
