Great location close to UW. We were out visiting our daughter who’s going to grad school. Perfect launching point for all of our Seattle adventures. Its close to transit for easy access to downtown. Also lots to do in the area including restaurants, the farmers market and a great coffee shop right across the street. Devin was friendly and quick with communication.

Amazing location! 10 minutes walking distance from the light rail. Right in the center of U District, close to so many restaurants and shops.
The host was very responsive. Our Wi-Fi went out once and we were promptly given instructions to reset it. The guidebook website the host has created is very clean and thorough.
It's a basement underneath a house, but it's a completely isolated unit, and it's hard to tell it's a basement at all other than the high windows. It's also pretty quiet and removed from outside noise. The only thing that might be a turn-off for some is that since it is a basement, there is the occasional big spider. We found two in the shower, and there are a few in the corners. They didn't bother us too much. We simply caught the shower ones and released them.
You simply can't beat the location for this one. Plus, it has AC, and a TV in every room!

Absolutely perfect location in U-District. Just a block away from so many shop and food options and the train stop isn’t too far away if you want to go downtown. Host was so helpful and responsive and the place is exactly as listed. I absolutely would stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.
