We are located in the vibrant Capitol Hill / Central District neighborhood, one of the most diverse and exciting areas of Seattle. You'll find yourself close to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops.

The Central Area, commonly called the Central District or The CD, is located between downtown and Lake Washington. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, yet when we came back each night it felt quiet, peaceful, and very homey. Having a dedicated parking spot was definitely a bonus. The layout worked great for our family. Our daughter had her own space on one floor while we had the master bedroom and bathroom on another, which gave everyone a little privacy. The hot tub was a really nice touch and made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the front room. The couch was big and comfortable enough for us to stretch out, watch a movie, and fully relax in the evenings. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The house itself is amazing and very comfortable, with tons of great amenities. The jacuzzi was fantastic, the sauna was awesome, and even in winter the rooftop setup felt special. I can’t wait to come back in the summertime to really enjoy the rooftop space even more. The beds were cozy, the workout equipment was a nice bonus, and the main bathroom's tub & shower combo was especially cool and felt a little luxurious. The kitchen is well laid out and great for cooking. We also really appreciated the dog amenities. We brought our medium-sized pup and the space worked great for traveling with a dog. Parking was a little tight with a bigger truck, but we made it work without issue. We did read through the reviews before arriving and came prepared with a few extra towels, throw blankets, and dedicated jacuzzi towels, and we were glad we did. We also picked up a couple of kitchen towels so we could rely less on paper towels.
