This space was perfect for what I needed. While visiting for a work trip, I just needed an affordable space where I could get a comfortable night's sleep. The communal kitchen was clean. No noise issues either. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great and is close to bus stops, ~10 min walk from the 1 line, and has many great restaurants to choose from. I had no issue sharing the home with other guests. Despite hearing other guests around the house, I never had to compete for the bathroom. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would stay here again!

great location, clean room. Maybe they should set a quiet time period. I fell asleep around midnight, but other residents starts walking and showering etc. the house is not quite noise proof. But overall, this is a great place to stay. Great location and quiet neighborhoods.

Exactly as advertised. The place is clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location too, about a 10 minute walk to the light rail and tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

This was a nice and affordable place to stay near the UW campus. Free parking was an added perk and the room was just as described. Ill definitely be staying again!
