Definitivamente un lugar muy agradable, cómodo, y acogedor me hospede con mi familia y estuvimos muy cómodos, la estancia de arriba es muy privada y justo para mis niños les encantó el sofá. el lugar muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. hay mucha tranquilidad en el sitio y muy cerca hay un lago para salir perfectamente a pasar un buen rato en familia o a caminar. en general nos encantó la atención. excelente anfitrión también estuvo muy la pendiente de todo. la llegada súper facil. la estufa no funcionó, fue el único detalle que tendrían que reemplazar. sin duda volvería cada vacaciones. a hospedarme ahí.

Had an excellent stay. Convenient location, very close to UW, University Avenue and and the Link light rail stop. The house was neat, clean & well-appointed. Other guests were friendly. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend this stay especially to those with small children. The home is close to the places we wanted to visit and the airport wasn’t too far either. Everything was comfortable, clean, and organized. If you’re looking for a spot for your family to stay, this is it!

Devin was very easy to work with, and the check-in/out process was very smooth. There are a couple good places nearby, and the parking spot was great since we rented a car. Strongly recommend!

Great bnb. Brought my family from the Philippines here for their first ever Seattle trip. Devin’s hospitality made the trip extremely easily enjoyable with the great stay. The stairs are alittle steep though and we slipped 2 times!🤣Might be user error, but overall amazing.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The house itself is amazing and very comfortable, with tons of great amenities. The jacuzzi was fantastic, the sauna was awesome, and even in winter the rooftop setup felt special. I can’t wait to come back in the summertime to really enjoy the rooftop space even more. The beds were cozy, the workout equipment was a nice bonus, and the main bathroom's tub & shower combo was especially cool and felt a little luxurious. The kitchen is well laid out and great for cooking. We also really appreciated the dog amenities. We brought our medium-sized pup and the space worked great for traveling with a dog. Parking was a little tight with a bigger truck, but we made it work without issue. We did read through the reviews before arriving and came prepared with a few extra towels, throw blankets, and dedicated jacuzzi towels, and we were glad we did. We also picked up a couple of kitchen towels so we could rely less on paper towels.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do it justice. The layout worked perfectly for us. Location couldn’t have been better. Access to everything we were interested in so easy to get around the city.

The house was really beautiful, clean and easy to find. The kitchen and the bedrooms were spacious. The living room has enough space and designed beautifully. We enjoyed our stay here at the house. The hosts were responsive and easy to connect with. They had send us all the information clearly. We would recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you

This house is a great starting point for checking out Seattle and particularly Ballard. The zoo is only a mile and a half away. It’s up Phinny Ridge, but we got our steps. Being right off of 15th Ave. put it on a major bus line . On street parking is plentiful. On school days it might be a different issue as the high school is across the street. We had no trouble with parking. Rosellini’s Fine Cakes and Baked Goods is only two blocks away. Their goods are so good you’re gonna need your steps. Many good restaurants and coffee stops are a short walking distance. For a solid convenient base in North Seattle this is a great spot.
