We stayed here for 2 nights while in town to pick up a new puppy in the area. Everything was comfortable and easy. The grass was dead, but I don't think the owner had any control over the warmer weather they had. There was no real sugar for coffee, but the listing never said it provided coffee. So no real complaints. LOL! Very nice home, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent location and a clean, cosy and comfortable room with the bathroom right outside the bedroom. Great base for exploring Seattle, very close to public transportation lines and delicious eats!

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful view. Lin was very wonderful to communicate with and everything was very easy. Soooo much beautiful space!

Our group had a great stay at this downtown Seattle airbnb. The location was perfect and close to the things we wanted to do. The place was clean and had lots of amenities. We especially loved the hot tub and private rooftop area with the sauna and grill. Check-in was easy our host was very responsive when we messaged them. Overall great experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

Staying here was great. As a large group of 6 this home was perfect. We each had our own room and bathroom as pairs. Host was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I would definitely stay again. 🩷

Nice place that had a good location near bus lines. Easy to check in with clear communication! However, would not say it can fit 8. The 7th fits on a small sofa bed, but will not hold 8. Also be aware that each bedroom is on a different level so it might be difficult for mobility-impaired guests

We stayed here for a wedding in Ballard. Great location, we were able to walk to restaurants and bars, and the wedding venue was a 5 minute drive. we found parking easily every day, and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. it’s even better in person than the pictures show. great rooftop area to relax and lots of good food to walk to. we would love to stay again next time we’re in town! host was extremely responsive and great to work with. Great experience overall

Great location close to UW. We were out visiting our daughter who’s going to grad school. Perfect launching point for all of our Seattle adventures. Its close to transit for easy access to downtown. Also lots to do in the area including restaurants, the farmers market and a great coffee shop right across the street. Devin was friendly and quick with communication.

Great place to crash for a few nights visiting UW, easy to walk to campus or to the light rail to get to and from the airport or anywhere else in the city. There's multiple rental units in the house but it was always quiet and the communal spaces and bathroom were clean. Host was nice, gave lots of useful info about the house, and responded quickly to messages.
