From the moment I contacted Devin, everything just felt right. He patiently answered all of my (many!) questions and made the process so smooth. The house is perfectly located—just minutes from SeaTac Airport and directly on the lake, offering stunning views and peaceful vibes. It’s a multi-level home, which worked out great for our family, giving everyone space to relax. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, but our favorite spot was definitely the dining area. Overlooking the lake, it made every meal feel extra special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors on both sides—they were kind and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient: close to grocery stores, restaurants, the freeway, and only about 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. If we ever return to the SeaTac area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Very easy and no hassle. Devin and J'Aime were very communicative. The place was cute, clean, and comfortable. Central location, walkable or easy buses to downtown or other fun neighborhoods. Wonderful stay.

Very nice home right out of downtown. Felt so peaceful but close enough to all the good spots I love in Seattle. The home was very reasonably priced as well. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next stay in Seattle.

Great place with extremely comfortable beds and living space. Really well kitted out, everything you need is provided for - the neighbourhood is great too, quiet with nice coffee shops a quick walk away and only a 15 min cycle into downtown/waterfront. Very attentive hosts, highly recommend.

We like the cleanliness and the proximity to downtown. The area is quiet and feel safe. The host is friendly and responsive with any request and questions we had before and during the stay.

Exactly as advertised. The place is clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location too, about a 10 minute walk to the light rail and tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

We loved our stay at Devin’s duplex. It was so cute and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. The location is perfect and centrally located with coffee shops that are just a block or two away. I definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Seattle!

Perfect location for us attending graduation at UW. We had everything we needed for a great stay and the owner was very responsive to our questions. A very useful guidebook provided. Definitely would stay here again.
